What to include

If the question is about a specific check, include the result page URL from your browser. We cannot look up a resume by your name: we do not create user accounts, and extracted CV text is cleared on a short schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not send original resume files to this address unless we ask. For a new check, use the homepage upload.

What we can and cannot do by email

We can help with privacy requests, questions about how the free check works, and reports of a broken page. We cannot promise a hiring outcome, reproduce a named employer’s ATS, or unlock a paid report by email. Email is never used as a login or as proof of payment.
